PSYCHOTHERAPY

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a process through which client(s) and therapist create a safe place in which to speak, in some cases, the unspeakable. In other cases, client(s) and therapist work to bring about wholeness in their lives.

Communication Issues

In many cases, any relationship in our lives is dependent on good communication (couples, families, employer-employees, friends, etc.) Let’s work on good communication skills and tools. One thing about communication is there are different types. You can communicate through talking, screaming, body language, and more, but if you are not communicating in an effective way, people will not be able to “hear” you. It is essential to remember what you learn in our sessions so that you can communicate clearly with the people who are most important in your life.
